Today 50% of our apartments are furnished, 10% partly furnished and the rest unfurnished. So we have something to suit everyone. 20% of our tenants have weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cleaning by our in-house cleaning team, just to make life a lttle bit easier. Many of our apartments are equipped with washing machine and dryer, which gives you full flexibility. We also offer cleaning service if you prefer that. All tenants have access to the properties laundry room.

We strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible and therefore we offer a range of add-ons. This can be billed with the monthly rent or as a separate invoice
We have a large selection of furnished apartments and if you find an apartment with us that is not furnished at the moment our skilled team and interior decorator can furnish the apartment for you with our Premium service. The interior decorator will contact you and discuss your demands, wishes and come up with an affordable and sustainable solution to suit you and maybe your family´s needs!
Our Stay Service is for those of you who want a seamless transition into a a new apartment or just because you want to make things a little bit easier. Stay Sthlm will take care of everyday chores and services for you.

In Sweden light fixtures are not included nor installed in an unfurnished flat. Would you like some assistant with the installation contact our Housing Service team.
Stay Sthlm cooperates with one of Sweden´s largest internet service provider, and we can therefore provide our tenants with internet subscription from the day of move in. The cost for the service will be included in your rent, so that means one less bill for you to take care of. Speak to our Sales Team and they will find the right solution for you.
The essential utilities you'll have to pay for include gas, water and electricity. To make life easier why not just add these utilities to your rent and Stay Sthlm will take care of it for you. Speak to our Sales Team and they will custom a utility package for you.
Our Housing service is available to you 24/7. However our opening hours are Monday to Friday 9 am and 5 pm.
During evenings, public holidays and weekends we have an on call service available for you. Please note that this service is only to be used in case of emergency or an urgent matter.

Cleaning and daily chores may not be the most fun part of everyday life. Especially of you have a lot at work or a family to look after. Stay Sthlm has an in house professional cleaning and maintenance team available for you. We will custom the housekeeping service to your specific demands. The service can be weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or just a deep clean once in a while.
All apartments have a laundry room or a laundry machine in the apartment. However, sometimes it is just more convenient to let someone else take care of it. Stay Sthlm can take care of your weekly or monthly laundry for you. Contact our Housing Service to learn more about this service.
Are you arriving late and would like to have your breakfast sorted out or a small evening snack. Please let us know before arrival and we will deliver a basket to your new apartment. Contact Housing Service for more details.
If you are renting a furnished apartment we will happily deliver a new bed upon request if you are more people living in the apartment. If you are having guests over, our Service team can deliver a Guest Stay Package for your convenience. Please contact Housing Service for more details.
Are you expecting a new family member? We would love to make things easier for you. All Stay Sthlm tenant´s will receive a complimentary baby package upon request. Contact our Housing Service team for more information and they will happily assist you.
Our Housing Service team can guide you and find a suitable home insurance options for you. Kindly note that it is the tenants responsibility to have a fully covered home insurance on the day of move in. The signing company nor Stay Sthlm is responsible for this. A home insurance can also cover travel, alternative housing (i.e in case of water damage in your current apartment), theft and other damages.
