How do I change the name on my apartment door?

The name list in the hallway is updated by our Sales Team. Please contact them for assistance. In some properties the change has to be done by the building management and this could sometimes take a few days or a few weeks.

What forms of payment do you accept?

An invoice for rent is a statement of a transaction between a landlord and tenant for the rental of an apartment. Usually, rent payments are made on a monthly basis, which means a rent invoice is sent out to tenants every month. The invoice is sent from invoice@staysthlm.se.

When renting, what is included in the rent?

Stay Sthlm offers furnished, partly furnished or unfurnished apartment for temporary living in Stockholm. We can offer you a corporate apartment solution that is fully furnished, to suit your needs at a temporary basis.  All you need to bring is your suitcase and food for the fridge.

You can also add our Stay Plus services and add on internet, electricity and/or cleaning if you like. Speak to our team and they will happily assist you.

Where is my storage unit / room located?

Please note that if you were not provided a storage room at the day of move-in there is no storage unit available for your apartment. If you forgot to ask, no problem, contact our Housing Service team and they will give you an answer.

Reporting damages & service tickets

Please report any new damages or problems that may occur during the stay. We understand that things happen, so no worries, just keep us infomred.

Damage that is caused by the tenant or has become manifest only after the final inspection will be charged to the tenant.

Furnished or non-furnished apartment, how does it work?

All our apartments come with just the services you need, to provide you a complete home experience as soon as you move in.

Our Housing Services are included in the monthly rental rates, with no additional charges. The standard services and equipment’s are listed below.

Many of our apartments are equipped with washing machine and dryer, which gives you full flexibility. We also offer cleaning service if you prefer that. All tenants have access to the properties laundry room.

Our apartments have optimal planning to cater to your specific demands. It could be a studio downtown apartment or a large family apartment close to all the amenities.
