Opening hours
Monday to Friday 9 am and 5 pm.
During evenings, public holidays and weekends we have an on call service available for you. Please note that this service is only to be used in case of emergency or an urgent matters (i.e water leak).

Please note that we are strictly working B2B, and therefore have no possibility on signing private lease agreements.

Termination of lease
Send an email to termination@staysthlm.se before the end of the month. Please note that all lease agreements have 3 full month´s notice period.
If you have questions regarding an invoice or any other matter related to finance contact our finance department. Please specify what the errand is about so that we can assist you quickly.
Our Finance & HR department will also answer questions related to HR, recruitment and available positions at Stay Sthlm.

If you have been locked out please contact a licensed locksmith. You as a tenant is responsible to bare the cost of the service. Please contact your insurance company for claims.

If you are having troubles with one of the following please check the providers website before contacting our Housing Service.
Internet
Please try and restart your router. This may sole the problem. If not check the service provider´s website if there is any disturbance. Please have your MacId (located on the back of your modem) ready as they need those details to troubleshoot.
You can also call the internet provider (Comhem) and ask them if there is a disturbance in your area.
Electricity
Do you have electricity in some rooms?
Check if a fuse has blown, if so go to the nearest supermarket and buy a fuse/ or use the switch on the fuse box.
Is the whole building/neighbourhood without power? We would love to help you but this is outside our power. Please wait until the provider has solved the problem. Check for updates on their website. (Elnätet i Stockholm, Ellevio). The items in your fridge will last for up to 48 hrs. For claims contact your insurance company.
Did you pay your electricity bill?
Call the provider and check that everything is in order. If electricity is included in your fees, please contact Stay Sthlm.
No water
If you cannot see anything on that website, wait for 1,5 hours and see if the water comes back on. Sometimes the property owner needs to do an emergency shut off of the water. Stay Sthlm will not be informed. Please be patient.
Is the water shut off in both the kitchen and bathroom? If yes, check if the water is shut off in the area through "Stockholm vatten och avlopp".
