"Strolling around on Södermalm is one of my favourite things to do, the vibe, the cafes, bars, small shops and restaurants are endless. Whenever I have the chance I love taking a boat out to the archipelago with my family, a picnic bag and a blanket. There is something magical about the light, watching nature, the breeze and meeting the locals on the islands - and lets not forget all the small cafes and restaurants to explore. It is like you are on set in one of Astrid Lindgrens books."

"A big fan of the combination of fika and a nice walk? I suggest you take your nearest and dearest or maybe only yourself for a walk around Kungsholmen with the final destination being Stora Essingen. This will give you a wonderful mix of relaxation and a sense of daily city life. All combined due to the route being through the crowded Norr Mälarstrand with it ending on the finest island in Stockholm. Stora Essingen. A small island surrounded by Mälaren which calmly gives you a sense of the Swedish countryside. Where you can end the long walk with a fantastic fika containing a cinnamon bun and a coffee. My favourite Sunday routine. "
