As a Service Host at Stay Sthlm & Stay Plus, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our rental properties. You will also play an important part in keeping a professional relation with the property owner and giving them the service they require. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with relevant experience who are looking to grow their careers in the vacation rental industry.
Responsibilities
Guest Communication: Communicate with guests and property owners promptly and professionally via Airbnb messaging and other communication channels to answer inquiries, confirm reservations, and address any concerns.
Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of rental properties to ensure they are clean, well-maintained and free from any issues that may impact guest comfort.
Housekeeping Coordination: Coordinate housekeeping services to ensure that properties are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for guest arrivals. Maintain high cleanliness standards and ensure that guests receive a positive first impression upon arrival.
Maintenance Oversight: Collaborate with maintenance staff or contractors to swiftly address and resolve any issues or repairs needed.
Listing Accuracy: Ensure that property listings on Airbnb and other platforms are accurate and up-to-date. This includes updating property descriptions, amenities, pricing and availability to provide potential guests with the most reliable information.
Amenities and Supplies: Keep track of essential amenities, inventory and supplies needed for guest comfort, Restock items as necessary to meet guest expectations.
Second line support: You’ll work closely with our service team at StaySthlm and be Second line support when required.
Booking Management: Manage bookings, reservations, and calendars to ensure optimal property occupancy and revenue.
Online Travel Agencies (OTAs): Familiarity with various OTAs (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo) and the ability to optimize property listings on these platforms for maximum visibility and bookings.
Channel Management: Utilize channel management software to synchronize property listings across multiple platforms and maintain up-to-date availability and pricing.
Requirements
● Previous experience in front desk operations, booking management, OTAs, or channel management in the hospitality industry is highlypreferred.
● Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (Swedish and English is required).
● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
● Tech-savvy and comfortable using various software and booking platforms.
● Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
● Driver’s license.
