When are Stay Sthlm´s opening hours?
Stay Sthlm offer a 24-7 service to all tenants
However, our Housing Service team and Sales Team are there to support you weekdays between 9 am and 5 pm.
During public holidays and weekend we do take a break, however in case of emergency or urgent need of assistant during other hours please call +46 8 410 337 80.
Please read through our FAQ before you take action as most things can and will be solved by the tenant or bu it self.
Urgent issues
- Fire - CALL 112
- Medical - CALL 112
- Water leak - urgent contact Housing Service
Other issues, non critical
- No electricity
Check fuses, check with your neighbour, check outside. If the whole area is out, please be patient and wait until the service is back on. If it is not solved within 3 hours call our on call service.
Check to electricity providers website of there os a black out in the area:
Ellevio - check the map and write your address in the search box on the left hand side.
- No water
Check all taps, check with your neighbour/laundry room. If the whole area/buildings water has been shut off, which happens, please be patient and wait until the service is back on. If it is not solved within 3 hours call our on call service.
Stockholm Vatten - check the map and see if the water is shut off in your area. The estimated time for when the service will be up and running is usually listed.
- Loss of keys / locked out
Call a licensed locksmith, we suggest Storstadens Lås. Please note that the tenant bears the cost of new keys/lock. Contact your home insurance for reimbursement.
Not considered urgent:
- Wi-Fi connection/no internet
Call your provider, restart the router or check if the connection is down in the area.
Check Com Hem here and write your address and post code in the pop up window.
- Change of furniture, inventory, broken TV/appliances, no access to the laundry room are not considered an emergency. Please contact us and we will assist you the next coming weekday.

All our apartments come with just the services you need, to provide you a complete home experience as soon as you move in.
Our Housing Services are included in the monthly rental rates, with no additional charges. The standard services and equipment’s are listed below.
Many of our apartments are equipped with washing machine and dryer, which gives you full flexibility. We also offer cleaning service if you prefer that. All tenants have access to the properties laundry room.
Our apartments have optimal planning to cater to your specific demands. It could be a studio downtown apartment or a large family apartment close to all the amenities.
